All orders are fulfilled via United States Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate .

Short version: Flat-rate boxes allow us to send two reams (plus odds and ends) in one box. So shipping is the same for one ream as it is for two. It is most cost effective to order two reams at a time.

Orders 1-3 pounds are mailed at in a flat rate Priority Mail envelope, charging the USPS rate plus $2. USPS rate increases yearly, but as of 2020-March, a flat rate envelope is about $8.

Orders more than 3 pounds are charged per 12 pounds. This means that mailing 5 pounds costs the same as mailing 11. Mailing 15 pounds costs the same as mailing 24 pounds. It works out to two-reams-per-box, and each box is mailed USPS Priority Mail medium flat rate. So postage for the second ream is free; buy in pairs! As of 2020-March, domestic flat rate boxes are a little over $13 currently.

Domestic packages are mailed on Saturdays, and take between two and three days in transit. Detailed tracking is available for every order.

International packages are also shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit varies by the receiving country. Please contact us if you have questions about international delivery.

International packages are charged actual postage plus $2 for packaging and handling.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
